On 28-29 November 2024, Prime Contractors, OEMs, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Service Providers, MSMEs, Start-ups, Industry Associations and Investors will gather at the Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi to interact amongst themselves and primarily to meet key MoD and Service HQ nodal and project officers dealing with procurement, indigenisation, Make 1, Make 2, Import Substitution, Problem Statements, GSQRs, RFIs, RFPs and design & development to seek and to offer solutions to strengthen the capabilities of the armed forces and also to expand the boundaries of their own businesses. HOW IT WORKS

1: ONLINE REGISTRATION. Register online and submit your own business profile, stating what kind of technology/product/expertise you are offering, what kind of cooperation you are looking for and which ideas you would like to discuss with potential collaboration partners. All corporate profiles will be published online and will be for everyone to see and seek meetings with you.

2: PROMOTION OF PUBLISHED PROFILES. All published profiles will be extensively promoted by the organisers of the event. Furthermore, all participants of the event will view your corporate profile.

 

3: SELECTION OF BILATERAL MEETINGS. You will be informed by email when you can start booking bilateral meetings. Check out which corporate profiles are most promising. Bookings are managed on the principle "first come - first served". You can book meetings BUT you can also be booked for bilateral talks by other participants!

 

4: AT THE EVENT. A few days before the event you will receive your personal meeting schedule with the time, the number of the table and who you are going to meet. At the registration desk, you will receive an updated version of your meeting schedule including last minute bookings. When you are not having a meeting there will be other flash presentations to attend. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
